1- Design the strategy to position UFS services in strategic markets.
2- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
3- Conduct market research and suggest inputs to the regional sales team on matters such as sectors to be focused and customer engagement.

1. Timely and correct billing of the units under branch and ensuring it deliver to clients on or before 5th of every month.
2. Ensuring statutory compliances of GST, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, LWF etc at branch level
3. Preparation of vouchers and entry daily basis.
4. Safe custody of cheques, draft & cash.
5. Verification cash balances at the end of the day and tally with balance.
6. Preparation of bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis on 10th of every month.
7. Proper accounting of all advances given from time to time like TA advance, advance for expenses, advance for unit fund and advance for salary disbursement etc.
8. Reconciliation of customer/vendor accounts on monthly basis including TDS.
9. Sending of debit & credit advice on daily basis.
10. Preparation of monthly budget compliances by 10th of every month and transmission to MD.
11. Meeting branch collection results.
12. Enforcement of salary disbursement through bank transfer or payroll card.
13. Ensuring the manual wages is paid to the employees who have not received the pay roll card. Inform branch head by giving a list of such employee on monthly basis.
14. Assist branch manager in resolving financial grievances of employees.
15. Compliance to the statutory and internal audit Report.
16. Assist branch manager in preparation of branch budget and budget compliance report.
17. Preparation of challans, reports & returns relating to ESI, service tax without undue delay.

1. Recruitment & Training of non-banded employee in the Branch as per procedure.
2. Maintaining monthly MIS of Staffing / vacancy in the Branch.
3. Identify employee for promotion in consultation with Branch Head / MD.
4. Ensure compliance of HR policy in the branch.
5. Ensure generation of e-mail ID and registration number of new employee.
6. Ensure de-activation of e-mail ID, recovery of company’s documents/property before release from UFS.
7. Ensure settlement of F&F within 15 days from being relieved.
8. Ensure timely salary preparation of new employee for the first month.
9. Address HR issue of all employees in the region.
10. Facilitate performance management process and compensation review process for the employees of the region.
11. Maintain all documents related to recruit / transfer / posting within the region of non-billing employees & executives (ASO & above rank) in billing position.
12. Leave administration of all non-billing employees in the region.
13. Maintaining all the relevance documents for PSARA.
14. Create the UAN no., ESIC IP address, PVC & medical verification of the all new employee.
15. Recruiting all billing & non billing employees as per recruitment norms. (Target Min 25 per month).
16. Compliance of direct recruitment procedures of billing employee.
17. Ensuring that attendance of branch staff.
